Lehigh Valley Family Photographer | The Brown Family
When a family travels all the way from Tyrone, PA to the Lehigh Valley to have their family session with me, I truly get all warm and fuzzy inside. It is incredible to know that as a photographer, there are people who admire my work so much that they would go to great lengths just to have me capture their memories. It’s truly flooring to think about, and I am forever grateful for this opportunity!
To be fair, I’ve known Jarrett and Megan since our college days at Penn State. The Brown Family lives and works at a small grass-fed beef and lamb farm nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains of Western Pennsylvania. Jarrett grew up in Bucks County, and Megan is originally from Wisconsin. Together, they have a son named Beau (another spoiler alert - the Brown family is welcoming their second child in December of this year!)
We ventured out into the crisp Autumn morning while the dew was still present on dormant grass. Beau laughed, giggled, and even cried briefly, but overall, seemed to be completely content and cooperative the entire session! It’s crazy to think that not too long ago, we were wild and crazy college kids. Now these guys run a farm, are raising a growing family, and just have so many blessings that have been bestowed upon them. Jarrett is a loving, caring father. I smiled so big behind my camera as I watched him coddle and love on Beau. Equally, Megan embraces motherhood so beautifully and puts Beau at the center of her universe. Together, this family loves each other fiercely. I feel honored to be able to watch their children grow!
